Was here today on August 26th, 2020 at around 11 a.m. and had a pretzel stick topped with cheese. The waitress speaks to another employee who is sweeping the floor behind her with disposable gloves. The employee walks to the counter wearing the disposable gloves and prepares the pretzel stick with cheese using the same disposable gloves on her hands. With a dried cucumber slice. And that for 3.25 euros.

I was served super friendly! The cake is really great and much cheaper than other bakeries nearby! From now on I only come here!

I was there for the first time on Friday with a colleague who ate a goulash soup with bread rolls. I also bought myself a bread roll and a homemade salad. My colleague couldn't take his soup out with us, so we sat down at a table. There were still many places available. Instead of pointing out that the food I brought with me is undesirable, the baker suddenly shouted at me screaming through the whole shop, I was insulted terribly in front of everyone and then thrown out. It was a really terrible experience and I am still totally stunned by what happened there. I can understand that with the food I brought with me, the gentleman also has the right to decide about his place. You could have just said it to me normally. The tone was really terrifying. I rarely flinch like this. An absolute cheek. The bread was delicious by the way, but I would definitely avoid this shop anyway. Good thing I don't have to go there anymore!

Good local, it's a mix of bakery, bar and pastry. It is located in the most modern part of the city and with a beautiful view of the Rhine from the outdoor tables. It is ideal for breakfast or a quick lunch with savory pies, quiche lorraine and more.

The bread was a bit old and one guy was rude with his workmate and he had a pretty big mouth. But! Maybe it was just a full day, in rest everything was fast and delicious!

Superb atmosphere. The place seems to have always been there and yet the building that houses it is quite modern. The coffee is good, the terrace superb and the pastries excellent for a very good price. To recommend.

A pretty fantastic bakery. Excellent croissants and other breads and pastries. The atmosphere is comfortable too. Definitely a great place to stop when you're around the Hafen.

If you work in this area, this is almost the only place to go to for a quick lunch. We usually get something to-go. The food is OK most of the time. I recommend the Couscous or bulgur salads, that come in the plastic containers.
